Revenue Cycle

Our team will become fluent in the Burch Dental Way training process and master the Phone Experience, First Impressions, Scheduling to Goal, Dental Coding, and Treatment Plan Presentation.

Our Billing & Collecting Team handles both the process of managing insurance claims and the billing process, and collecting outstanding payments from patients and insurance providers.

when you join the DSO, the revenue cycle is taken care of by our support team, including accounting, practice analytics, updating technology, etc.

Accounting

Our accounting department manages bill payments, generates monthly reports, and analyzes the P&L to identify the most effective strategies for achieving the office's goals. Our accounting team aids our company’s financial decision making process.

Technology

Technology in dentistry is continually evolving and improving. We continue to invest into our practices to provide modern technology and equipment for an exceptional patient experience.

Practice Analytics

We use daily, weekly, quarterly and annual reports to provide insights, find the opportunities, and strategically plan for each specific practice. We provide extensive training on all of dentistry’s KPIs, troubleshooting solutions and strategically planning to to improve KPIs.

Learning how to give honest and direct feedback is an art that needs to be taught and practiced. Turning managers into coaches and high-producing providers into mentors, ensures everything your team has learned and implemented is sustained and built upon.
