Jeffrey Burch
DMD, MS
Jeff is a board certified periodontist with over 20 years of experience in innovative modern dental surgery such as LANAP, Pinhole therapy, advanced bone grafting, and dental implant therapy to replace one or all teeth. Beyond being an established world-class periodontist, Jeff is a successful entrepreneur, co-owning and operating 8 general, 4 periodontal, and 1 pediatric office. He has consulted countless dental professionals and led many master mind groups. Jeff’s passion is to work with practice owners that want to put the hard work in to make for better days. “You receive what you put out into this world, and you'll have to put the work in. You will have to lead by example, not ‘do what I say, not what I do’ attitude.”

Leann Burch
DMD
Leann is the original Burch of Burch Dental. She has practiced dentistry for over 14 years. Her greatest contribution is establishing the initial operational systems and technology in Burch Dental, creating a strong foundation to build upon. She is our steady voice and supporter behind the scenes and in leadership planning sessions.

Melissa Miller
RDH, BGS
Melissa is a highly accomplished dental professional with 34 years of experience in clinical hygiene and dental administration across general and periodontal offices. She has experience as a clinical instructor, dental software trainer, Office Manager and has extensive bookkeeping, accounting, HR and leadership skills. As the VP of Operations at BDP, Melissa is known for her exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to mentor leadership teams in dental office operations and understanding KPIs.

Amy Lee
RDH
With over 20 years of clinical hygiene experience, Amy, serves as an invaluable teacher, coach, and mentor to 13 dental offices covering various specialties. Her teaching approach encompasses all dental departments, providing comprehensive and inspiring guidance. Amy's exceptional skill lies in motivating dental teams towards a shared purpose, resulting in enhanced patient care, a positive team culture, and greater profitability.

Lindsey Svatos
RDH, BS
Lindsey Svatos brings 20 years of diverse expertise to the field, including clinical hygiene, recruiting, dental office management, and Human Resources. As a lifelong learner, Lindsey has attended Bell Leadership and obtained certifications in HR, in addition to participating in numerous continuing education courses. With her exceptional skills, Lindsey is skillful at cultivating a thriving and positive culture from its very foundation.

With the administrative tasks streamlined and handled professionally, I can focus more on the day-to-day dentistry and doing the work I like to do. Working with BDP ensures our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and tools, which not only improves patient care but also enhances our daily work experience. I also get the benefit of a close relationship with many local dental specialists and a network of other general dentists in the area I can learn from and discuss cases or treatment plans with.

Working at Burch Dental is a vibe!” No, I’m kidding but honestly it is awesome! I’ve been with Burch Dental partners since July 2020. At the time, I was transitioning jobs after having my first baby during a pandemic. I was worried about changing jobs with a new baby at home but, one of the best things about Burch Dental is the work/life balance.
